34: Will the Real House Coffee Please Stand Up? Reboot & Rebrand

We’re baaaaack!!! And we are THRILLED to be launching a new season and new direction of House Coffee. Consider this show to be two podcasts in one, packed with all things Coffee (Rich) and all things House (Maggie). This episode starts with what we’ve been listening to and transitions to a summary of how we plan to structure House Coffee into our respective realms of Staging/Real Estate and Specialty Coffee/Hospitality.

Rich and I are super passionate about our realms, and we thought it just made sense for us to lean into those kinds of discussions because YOU probably want to hear more about that too! We think this new direction will be refreshing and frankly, much more engaging than before. So buckle up, and get ready to ride on this new exciting journey of House Coffee Podcast with us! Send us your topic requests or industry questions to housecoffeepodcast@gmail.com

Special thanks as always to our trusty sound engineer and producer TJ McMaster for mixing this episode.

Intro:
Hey, you’re drinking house coffee – unfiltered conversations brewed at the intersection of real estate life and coffee shop service. We’re Maggie and Rich – local business owners and friends sharing stories and welcoming you to pull up a chair with us. The door’s always open. Let us pour you a cup.

Rich:
It’s new and different but also the same cell phone

Maggie:
The same

Rich:
Welcome back to House Coffee. Yeah, new year new season

Maggie:
New seats

Rich:
New seats trying I always flipped slip sides on the table here just to see see how it feels everything’s gonna be different. But actually well it will be different a few ways. We’ll get into that but not too different because it’s the same Maggie and Rich that you know, and love

Maggie:
Yeah

Rich:
Back for another rounds.

Maggie:
And we’re calling this season 2.

Rich:
Yes.

Maggie:
We’re in a new season in case you didn’t get that by the title. and true description

Rich:
True there should there will be every indication that we’re we’re doing something. We’re doing something a little bit different a little bit new and we’re excited to tell you about it.

Maggie:
Yeah,

Rich:
Happy New Year.

Maggie:
Yeah.

Rich:
We’re we’re into it now. It’s for a couple weeks in and you’ll probably hearing this in February. I think we’re gonna launch. We’re gonna launch this thing. Well, we’re launching now you’re hearing this now because it’s launched but it’s probably February.

Maggie:
Yeah

Rich:
This so hope your years off to a good start

Maggie:
One thing’s the same though. Are we recording? Yes,

Rich:
We are currently recording. I’m pretty sure.

Maggie:
Okay cool. Because we don’t want our first episode to be.

Rich:
Practice

Maggie:
Practice

Rich:
Rehearsal or first conversation? Yeah.

Maggie:
No

Rich:
It is it looks like it’s good to go

Maggie:
Right

Rich:
Red lights on numbers taken up. check check

Maggie:
We are I don’t want to say like we’re switching things up, but we are kind of switching things up.

Rich:
Yeah, we’re excited.

Maggie:
Do you want to well first should we should we go into what we’ve been listening to and then talk about

Rich:
I thought you know

Maggie:
Has a podcast is gonna be so much better.

Rich:
I thought you’d never asked.

Maggie:
What have you been listening to Rich

Rich:
Currently kind of like lately. I found okay. I found a guy who’s especially coffee professional. He’s an author. He’s written a number of books. About things related to coffee, but the one thing his newest one is recently got on my radar and I just ordered it and waiting for it to come but I’ve been checking them out on some podcasts and things to get a sense of what we’re getting into what he’s talking about. He wrote a book recently called The Business of specialty coffee. So in the wake of writing a new book people often, we’ll talk about it or be interviewed or whatever. So I found a couple podcasts that he’s on his name is Maxwell. He’s got like a two last name name. Dashwood is like the last last name. So Maxwell dashwood, but it might be something like Colonna

Maggie:
Colonna called. What’s where are you listening to? What’s the title of

Rich:
The title of the book is the business of specialty coffee

Maggie:
Business of specialty coffee and

Rich:
I caught him on the 5th Wave podcast which is about the business of coffee and then he was also on keys to the shop which is another podcast that I am into a little bit so yeah, just checking checking that out and excited about what he’s talking about. It’s helping me get refreshed in thinking about what I’m doing. In coffee.

Maggie:
Yeah, cool. I’ve been listening to a book. called the creative act a way of being

Rich:
Sick

Maggie:
And

Rich:
Saw that on your stories.

Maggie:
Yes. It’s by Rick Rubin.

Rich:
I saw that on your story.

Maggie:
You know who Rick Rubin is

Rich:
I don’t but I will tell you that Chris Baca catcloud homie. He Also recently posted that book on his stories

Maggie:
Stop it. Yeah. Well, then, you know, it’s a really good book

Rich:
Exactly.

Maggie:
It’s so Rick Rubin. is one of the founders of Def Jam records

Rich:
Gotcha,

Maggie:
And like Has produced some of the biggest names in hip hop?

Rich:
And

Maggie:
Is just like has just worked with like the best of the best and This book I’m listening to the audio version and when I started listening to the audio version of it. Rick Rubin has this like very relaxing like Almost like meditative voice and at the end of every chapter. There’s like a Gong it’s like

Rich:
It’s

Maggie:
Signal the end and like what is going on with this book? So then I ended up buying the hard copy cover so I could read along with What the audio version is and that’s been a lot better for me because it just the chapters are so short and the titles are so specific that. At first you’re like what it’s kind of like the book itself is very creative. Yeah, and I’ve heard some people say it’s like better than big magic, which is the book. I read last year by Elizabeth, Gilbert and I just I’m about one third of the way through it and so far so good. I’m I really love it. I’ve been I’ve been listening to it for like 20 minutes a day in the morning So

Rich:
Is it like practical is it kind of a how-to or is it Like A Treatise on creativity?

Maggie:
It’s

Rich:
It’s not a workbook.

Maggie:
Nope. It’s not a workbook. It’s just more of a like observational awareness of of creativity and It doesn’t I don’t know. It kind of personifies it a little bit like big magic but it kind of takes it like it’s like big magic 2.0 if I could just grab it that way kind of gives you more. Practical ways to pay attention to creativity and how it like can manifest itself in your life.

Rich:
Yeah. Cool.

Maggie:
Yeah.

Rich:
Well, two of my favorite people obviously are into this book. So let’s check it out

Maggie:
And borrow when I’m done,

Rich:
That’s good. I still got to get going on the other one that you

Maggie:
Artist way

Rich:
For a generously gave me the artist way. Yeah. I’m trying to create a little space in my life to dig into that. So

Maggie:
Well,

Rich:
We talked about it. I think we mentioned that one of our last couple episodes last.

Maggie:
I’m trying to get my best friend Amy to do it too.

Rich:
Yeah,

Maggie:
So

Rich:
She not really

Maggie:
You got up and keep each other accountable to do it because she’s like the perfect candidate for the book as well. Yeah,

Rich:
There was someone else recently who I don’t know if they saw it at my house or how I came around came up, but they also were interested in it. and and then we’re saying the same thing we should we should do it together. I really can’t remember who that was or how that came up. It might have been. Because I’m like who goes to my house and you know, there’s like three people. Yeah, that possibly could have been.

Maggie:
Sounds like a Rachel

Rich:
She would be one of them. That I that’s so obvious that I was feeling like maybe it was someone else and that’s why I couldn’t remember it. But either way

Maggie:
Yeah

Rich:
Excited about those things. That’s cool. You’re really digging into this whole concept of creativity.

Maggie:
Yes

Rich:
And exploring that.

Maggie:
Yes

Rich:
That notion of being interested in here. Yeah,

Maggie:
Because creativity sometimes can be so like we have this limited belief on what it can be and this book is kind of like throwing all that out the window like forget what you’ve ever learned or I’ve been told about creativity. It’s not at all what you’ve been taught.

Rich:
Yeah, I mean. I that checks out that checks out. It’s probably what I need is to overcome some limiting beliefs. I have about creativity or you know, I don’t know if it’s limiting belief. So I’m sure it’s limiting beliefs. I’m sure it’s also limiting. Circumstances.

Maggie:
Mm-hmm

Rich:
At least pertaining to my current experience. Of that

Maggie:
Is where the artist way will help you.

Rich:
Yeah.

Maggie:
I guarantee it. So I my recommendation would be artist way and then this creative act book

Rich:
Right on sounds good to me. I will. Keep you posted. See, well, yeah, like old times. We hope to keep that little that little ice breaker. Yeah around it’s fun.

Maggie:
So what else is new

Rich:
What’s new? I mean in Life or in podcast land

Maggie:
In podcast land. Yeah,

Rich:
Right because we don’t got time to get into life stuff for now. Podcast land dude, it’s hot. Well, it’s actually really cold. It’s a pretty cool today at least these mornings because it’s the middle of winter and it finally caught up. We had a warm December, but here we are in the doldrums of January. well, here’s my take we this is sort of like a reintroductory it is

Maggie:
For those of our audience. Maybe if this is your first time listening,

Rich:
You know, I was gonna have I was gonna say that I had that thought was some people this could possibly be their introduction to this whole thing.

Maggie:
Yeah,

Rich:
Despite the 33 episodes that are sitting on the shelf. I know.

Maggie:
But

Rich:
Ready for him,

Maggie:
I believe that episodes 1 through 33. We’re like rough drafts. And the real House Coffee Starts Now.

Rich:
Yeah, I can dig it. So we finished up sometime before Christmas. Time and we we said in that episode. I’m pretty sure that like it was gonna be our last one for a little while. We didn’t know how long we knew we’re gonna take a little break and so we Recently said let’s relaunch in February and then we started to get back into. All right, what are we gonna do to start kind of get the planning sessions going and and we had a little bit of like it like a self. Discovery Time in the process of trying to discover what to do next we kind of said. Well what? What are we doing? Yeah, what have we been doing? What do we

Maggie:
Buy?

Rich:
What have we been trying to do? And and you know, what is our why I think that was like top of our you know sheet of notes that I was I was keeping the minutes on it was like it’s like what what is our why and That kind of began a little bit of a conversation and a process. We we were talking with TJ in the mix too. Because you know, he’s uh, he he’s kind of behind the scenes with the audio, but he he does a lot of He’s part of the brain trust as well because here’s every episode. He’s familiar with our lives and our businesses and and everything as well. So, you know, we kind of have that. The conversation going around so through all of that. We made a couple realizations. I don’t know how much to talk about the process of how we got to the realization. I don’t know if it’s that important.

Maggie:
I don’t even think it’s that important.

Rich:
Maybe we can do a separate episode. I’m gonna write that down. Maybe we could just separate episode on us. We’ve recorded

Maggie:
That kind of

Rich:
These. Well, yeah and what I was gonna say is like that’s that actually probably is an interesting thing, but maybe we can like set that aside for the

Maggie:
Future

Rich:
For the future slash like behind the scenes.

Maggie:
Yeah. because there were a lot of conversations that rich and I had about what direction to take this podcast and how we can better serve you our listener and what we came up with was this idea that essentially House Coffee is two podcasts in one Right.

Rich:
That’s right.

Maggie:
Shall I keep going. Yeah,

Rich:
So

Maggie:
There are certain things that I Maggie am extremely passionate about with my business. I own a staging business called Welcome Home Co and Rich owns a specialty coffee shop. And with retail specialty coffee shop and Cafe in. Scotia called storied coffee and the way we got together with doing this podcast was a lot of times like I was doing my business within Rich’s business. We became friends and this is how House Coffee podcast was born. so

Rich:
Through those conversations that friendship we had yeah

Maggie:
Now all we’ve sort of discovered that each of us has our own passion for our business and for our Niche that we want to really tap into. and I have a vision of of my why Rich has a vision of his why and we kind of described it like a Venn diagram. There’s there’s sometimes an overlap between the house. staging part of what I do and what I love and the coffee part of the richest business and what he loves and there’s like this crossover and so I want to talk about. Things that I am passionate about which we will get into in a minute and rich wants to talk about things that he’s passionate about and we want to we feel that that’s the best way to serve you our listener.

Rich:
Yeah, essentially to put it in say the same thing in different words. we realized that each of us could have our own podcast. And we agreed. Well part of the process right was we talked about how what would it mean for us to Niche down? Okay as they say and and we said, how can how can we because each of us could have our own podcast? Yeah,

Maggie:
You

Rich:
Could have saying this, you know in our car last conversation shows saying you you and Joe your friend and co-worker right? You can have your own whole podcast. The welcome home Co podcasts about staging in real estate and like growing that business and the sustainable practices that you embody in in your approach and I could have an entire podcast with Abby or my wife Christine where you know, we’re talking about growing a specialty coffee business in a small town and hospitality. And and what is Specialty

Maggie:
Hospital coffee where I was looking for

Rich:
Cool so we can you know, that would be a totally separate podcast and and every episode could be dedicated to that and every episode of yours could be dedicated to your stuff, but the problem is We have these disparate things, but we have one podcast we share a podcast because this is important. There are common values sure that we hold sure and there’s common approaches and we have the friendship and we both know each other’s business. So it makes sense to share a podcast but it doesn’t make sense for us to only talk about where those Venn diagrams cross over right where where those two circles cross over in the diagram, right? Because that would be a very narrow approach to to a podcast that between you and I that would be like you’d have I mean we’re talking we have to be real real specific like how to And make more sustainable Keurig coffee at home. You know what? I mean? Like the area that those share those two things. I mean, maybe it’s more maybe it’s wider than I like than I would think. But the point is if we only try to limit ourselves that inner part of that Venn diagram, I’d be pretty limiting. so rather we’re just gonna we’re just gonna celebrate what’s actually true of each of us and and share that with each other. so that’s kind of what that’s that’s how we got there and that’s that’s ultimately what I do

Maggie:
In turn is going to serve our audience better because We’ve joked about in previous off episodes that we’re not business gurus and like don’t take notes like don’t listen to us for business advice. We said that sort of like tongue-in-cheek but like but in actuality like I’m pretty darn good at what I do and

Rich:
You’re very invoicing and

Maggie:
Minus invoicing and you

Rich:
Outsource that

Maggie:
You are pretty darn good at what you do with specialty coffee and Minus invoicing true and so like why not talk about those things that like we are actually good at that we can provide value for people.

Rich:
Yeah, totally totally I think. yeah, and there’s there’s nothing to say against against that point you’re You’re making you’re making a great point. I think what we were going for when we said, you know, we don’t want to have the kind we don’t intend for us to be the kind of podcast where you have to feel like you need a sheet of paper.

Maggie:
You

Rich:
Know,

Maggie:
Yes,

Rich:
You’re gonna like waste your listen like it’s not about that as much as it was we wanted to suggest have more friendly experience based conversations around things. We’ve you know, shares sharing stories and that was kind of what it’s about. And I think that is that will remain true.

Maggie:
Yes, that

Rich:
Will remain true because we’re still not necessarily here to get into really practical. details about you know things but we could I’m not going to I’m just like I think for it, I think the the heart behind that was it’s not just it’s not how to business Guru

Maggie:
Hmm

Rich:
This podcast as much as like a personality podcast and we still are gonna maintain that That personality conversational approach. It’s not an interview podcast. Although in the New Year. We hope to bring in maybe like

Maggie:
A couple experts

Rich:
A couple. Yeah. Yeah. We hope to vary the mix a little bit with other things besides just you and I talking to each other so we might have some one-off interviews. I’m not used to sit on this side. We might have we’re hoping to have some interviews maybe get to like a monthly basis type of thing with that and some other different ideas. We won’t get into those because we’re still kind of workshopping a lot of different things. But

Maggie:
Yeah,

Rich:
Um suffice it to say we got two podcasts in one. And we’re interested in excited to see how that goes.

Maggie:
In our particular Realms

Rich:
In our particular Realms, that’s right. So that’s something too that like I think you know reflecting on last year as well. We had a situation where we were both business owners

Maggie:
And

Rich:
We were exploring what it means to be business owners.

Maggie:
But

Rich:
There was less opportunity for various reasons to explore our particular Realms of business, right? I didn’t talk about coffee that much. I’d I didn’t talk about the things that make me actually interested in what I’m doing all that much and I don’t think we talked that much about real estate or sustainability or you know, sustainable practices and and staging I mean there were certainly specific episodes that were there but out of 33 episodes. I didn’t do any math on this, but I just think I think we were less focused on the things we actually do

Maggie:
Right, you know

Rich:
The respect of things that we do and this time around

Maggie:
That’s

Rich:
Really what it’s going to be.

Maggie:
Yeah.

Rich:
So that might be a good time to talk about like the format that we’ve we’ve kind of envisioned

Maggie:
Go for it.

Rich:
Cut so again kind of talk about talking about it like two podcasts in one. So the real practical way we think to break that down is simply to kind of go back and forth Episode by episode. topically and each of us will get to kind of lead the conversation with a relevant like concept or question or something that’s gonna pertain to our particular realm and just share a conversation around that thing with each other. So we don’t have a lot of particular topics in mind or questions at least at least we didn’t go over them to share or anything,

Maggie:
But

Rich:
That’s more or less going to be. I think the most natural breakdown. Yeah,

Maggie:
We had a short list right things that we thought would be immediately interesting to be. Yeah.

Rich:
Yeah. So yeah, I mean real practically. I think that’s kind of how it’s gonna go, but it’ll be cool because we’re indifferent. And we hope we hope we hope it’ll be cool. We think we’ll be cool because we’re in different Realms in different Industries. But not strangers to one another we can have that conversation together and the other little added component that we we talked about was. You know something I’ve observed neither one of us is particularly knowledgeable about the other’s realm outside of this podcast. So there have been times you’re talking about staging? or or realistic. I know I basically know zilch about real estate.

Maggie:
You know what I mean? Yeah, but

Rich:
This is an opportunity. For me to become more of an expert to grow in my understanding and hopefully bring the audience Along on a journey of understanding your realm a little bit better and that’ll be partly me educating myself. It’ll be partly you sharing Resources with me outside of the podcast for me to get the context to things you’re talking about and then obviously as we talk on the mic, you know, I’ll be learning but engaging in the things that you are saying and and vice versa

Maggie:
And

Rich:
Vice versa. Yeah. So we’ve kind of laid out this challenge for ourselves this year. We’re coming into this in a way where we’re like, all right. We’re in these separate realms But what if by the end of this thing we were both experts in the other’s realm.

Maggie:
Yep.

Rich:
Not that we could trade spots. This

Maggie:
Is really

Rich:
But like

Maggie:
But I think that will be interesting because it’ll be a good challenge for me to learn more about what it is that and why you are passionate about specialty coffee.

Rich:
Yeah. Yeah, so the audience is kind of like. like we’re the same if you’re coming into this not because you love not because you know everything about real estate but rather because like you like this podcast or you know, Maggie or you Want to learn and grow in these things, like I’m gonna be that we’re gonna be growing together in our knowledge of the real estate industry and adjacent businesses and sustainable Lifestyles and like learning to love where you live. You know, that’s we’re gonna I’m you and me not you then us the audience and me we’re gonna be like learning that realm at the same time and that’s gonna be cool and as much as we can, Bring all along into the world of specialty coffee.

Maggie:
Yeah, because there’s a difference if Me dear listener who are like, why do people weigh their coffee? Why do like people use certain Grinders like is the water temperature? Really that important? Can I drink the same cup of coffee for two days straight and keep reheating it like things that would be a cardinal sin for Rich like we will we will learn that together.

Rich:
Yeah, exactly. Exactly. Exactly. So Yeah. I think hopefully that’s a clear enough picture where we’re going and it’ll hopefully just develop as we go because you know, we got to map that out a little bit more. We’ll be planning some things out episode wise and all that. But but that’s more or less gonna be the approach. It’s kind of like celebrating. What’s Celebrating who we are what we do. And and just owning like leaning into the realities of our particular like Realms that we live in. Yeah, I think I think that’s how excuse me. That’s how we’re gonna Niche down. That is.

Maggie:
Because

Rich:
What’s in our hearts

Maggie:
And that’s what we wanted to bring. I say like that is like who we are. Yeah, it’s it’s a part it it was really like as I was reflecting over the last 33 episodes in season one. I was like man, I did not really talk a lot about what it is. That makes me so passionate about my business.

Rich:
That’s exactly that’s it. I’m gonna write that down

Maggie:
Like I want what is that?

Rich:
That makes Us / you said me but makes us so passionate about our business and that’s that’s what it is. It’s like that’s how we came in this realization was I found myself just having these moments of like, oh man. This is why I love this industry. And this is why I love what I do and there’s just these little things that come up as reminders. You know, I was talking about it on one of the last episodes in what I was listening to I had heard this podcast where this coffee crew was interviewing this other Coffee Company founder, and I was like man that helped me become like inspired again and It increased my perspective on like why I’m doing this and it’s those little moments that helped me realize like this is this is where I want to be. This is what I want to be doing and this is what I want to share. with the world and it’s that it’s that so getting more into that for ourselves and figuring out or figuring out slash sharing like what it is behind this. Like here’s here’s what it is. And here’s why you should care and helping just uncover that for folks. I think that’s where we’re going to season two.

Maggie:
You have to be honest did remember like a few weeks ago when I was at storied and I was sitting At the like counter and like I kind of brought this up were you like? at first like like what was your reaction at first when I was like, this is the direction. I think we should do this and I was I just started talking about like like the parts about my business that I’m passionate about I feel like

Rich:
Right

Maggie:
Was it? I don’t know. I’m just glad that. We’re on the same page about this

Rich:
Well to answer your question. I

Maggie:
Felt like when I brought it up at first, you looked at me like with a deer in headlights

Rich:
To answer your question. you were you were creating a problem period No to answer your question you were you were presenting? What you were presenting was going to create a problem that we had to reconcile and it did that was the start of this product Discovery process. So I said we wouldn’t get into it. But

Maggie:
Yeah,

Rich:
But briefly.

Maggie:
Oh, yeah

Rich:
Briefly that was the beginning of the discovery process was you were trying to say I want to talk about my stuff. Yeah. To put a very simply yeah to put it in my own words. That’s what you that’s the moment that you’re that you’re talking about. Yes was sitting at the counter. I’m at the bar behind this person machine and you’re saying you’re more or less saying like I need to talk about my business, you know the stuff I’m into and I said, that’s great. This is my reaction. My reaction was more or less. That’s great. How are you going to do that while I talk about specialty coffee? And that was the pro that was suddenly a problem because in the up till now we hadn’t had to deal with that. Yeah necessarily. Yeah,

Maggie:
We

Rich:
Didn’t have two podcasts that are different.

Maggie:
Yeah.

Rich:
In one podcast that suddenly became true in that moment. I was like, okay, that’s fine. I need you to go do some homework and tell me exactly how that’s gonna look episode to episode. and and then we continued that conversation over the next couple weeks I think and came to this and then we came to realization like I didn’t have those words for it in that moment. I came up with the words later. I said do we have two podcasts do we actually just have two different podcasts in one and then we kind of said what if we do and figure out how can we make that a thing and

Maggie:
That I think is the gonna be the beauty of our show.

Rich:
Yeah. All right guys, well, I’ll do it for this week. Thanks for tuning in and we’re excited for the future now for real though. I think I think honestly that kind of is maybe all we need to say at this point. shaking a look at the notes real quick, but I don’t know that we didn’t cover anything all we wanted to talk about today was basically like

Maggie:
I have a direct quote from you

Rich:
That

Maggie:
Where you said. Rich says quote I shouldn’t be doing anything that isn’t advancing people’s understanding of specialty coffee.

Rich:
You heard here first folks? Gosh, that is straight from the horse’s mouth. Yeah in what context did I say that

Maggie:
Yesterday? Um, no

Rich:
Earlier on

Maggie:
It was oh wait, maybe it was maybe it was yesterday.

Rich:
Or in our first meeting with DJ.

Maggie:
No, it wasn’t that meeting. But maybe it was I don’t know. It was in the Life meetings. in the lot when we were like wrapping up most of our best quotes are when we’re like packing up our notes and putting our coats on and walking away. That’s

Rich:
True. And and that has led us to say that we need to be recording all of our meetings.

Maggie:
Yes

Rich:
From here on out. So we are and and it’s possible we’ll make those available on a little bit more of a subscription basis in the future. You get all the bonus unfiltered content.

Maggie:
Yes. I’m

Rich:
Working on all that kind of things well for you. Well, that’s true. And that’s frankly. That’s a great quote because that captures the essence of what we’re talking about. And you would say the same thing. Yeah, right

Maggie:
For sure

Rich:
Within your realm and that’s kind of what we’re looking forward to here is this is finally the chance to have the podcast that we wanted to have. The only problem is we’re not in the same industry. We don’t work together.

Maggie:
You

Rich:
Know what I mean? You don’t own part of my company? So yes, and and then I’m not like in the day today

Maggie:
Furniture.

Rich:
I’m not in the day-to-day moving furniture and inventory and your trailer, you know, so it’s like That’s going to be what’s the unique component of this? I hope because yeah because I already said it like I could do this with Abby because we work together so much and and you could do a different thing with Joe but now we’re gonna do it together and and add that layer of like curiosity and and growing in our our Cooperative knowledge about all these things together

Maggie:
Couldn’t have said a better myself

Rich:
Sweets. are

Maggie:
Adding One more segment to our podcast.

Rich:
Oh, yeah. That’s true.

Maggie:
You were you gonna okay? Whoo. Okay, so we’re adding a closing question and our closing question is what are you excited about?
